Crockett High School students, Emelie Arvizu and Jada Jones, exhibited their Beef Heifers at the San Antonio Livestock show this week. Emelie placed 4th and Jada placed 5th in their classes. Way to represent Crockett FFA, we are proud of you. Next up will be Houston Livestock Show in March.






Crockett High School Valentine's Day!









This week, in both of Mrs. Ivey's Intro Culinary classes, a cupcake war took place. The students crafted their favorite cupcake flavors and learned to prepare homemade icing. Some of the girls from the fifth period showcased impressive creativity with their piping techniques.
Mrs. Ivey is very proud of the confidence these students have been developing both in the kitchen and in the classroom.

Crockett Bulldog Boys Powerlifting team will compete at Garrison on February 14, 2025 at 8:30AM.


The Crockett Varsity Boys Basketball team is set to compete against Onalaska to decide the first and second place standings in the District. The game will take place at Huntsville High School on Friday, February 14, 2025, at 6:15 PM.
Tickets can be purchased at the gate. Prices: Students $3 & Adults $5
Passes that are accepted: district pass, THSCA/TABC, Coaches and senior citizens passes.


t has been a bustling week in the Culinary classes at Crockett High School. Yesterday, the Advanced Culinary students prepared delicious homemade sugar cookies, and today they tackled Western omelets. Ms. Sample is proud to say that her students are all doing an outstanding job!








Our business students recently completed an exciting Shark Tank project in our Business Class, where teams developed innovative products to meet real-world needs. Using their knowledge of marketing and business planning, they crafted compelling presentations and pitched their ideas to a panel of 'Shark' investors—including students, faculty, and administration. The presentations were both entertaining and insightful, sparking competitive battles among the Sharks eager to invest. This hands-on experience showcased creativity, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial spirit which is key to our students success.










Crockett FFA is gearing up for National FFA Week starting next week, and we have some exciting dress-up days planned! Please find the Dress Up Day schedule attached.


Crockett High School student and talented artist, Yanez Creag, is set to display one of his artworks at Camp Street Blues on April 26, 2025. Be sure to mark your calendars and come out to show your support!


Crockett High School will administer the SAT Test on March 26th at CHS. The school will cover the $55 fee. There are 35 seats available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please submit forms by February 20, 2025.
To secure your spot, both students and their parent/guardians must sign the permission to test form. If you did not receive one by mail, feel free to stop by the counseling office to pick up a copy.
