Mrs. Samples' High School Restaurant Management class has been exploring the world of pastas, dumplings, stocks, and sauces. They truly excelled in this lab, creating homemade dumplings from scratch that are a perfect 10 out of 10. Mrs. Sample couldn't be prouder of her students!

Mrs. Sample's Advanced Culinary class has been hard at work in the kitchen, crafting delicious pastries. They executed the recipe brilliantly and decided to unleash their creativity by experimenting with Cream Cheese and Raspberry baked pies.

Saturday, March 29, 2025 Crockett High School students competed at the UIL District Academic Meet in New Waverly. We had students competing in Number Sense, Spelling & Vocabulary, Calculator Applications, Headline Writing, Editorial Writing, Current Issues and Events, Social Studies, Mathematics, Speaking Events, Science, Feature Writing, and Ready-Writing. Our students showed up and worked hard and came home with some great medals.
GAME CHANGE - Crockett High Softball game with Onalaska that was to take place today has been moved back to Tuesday April 1st at 5pm in Onalaska. This is because their game last Friday was rained out and they are making it up today.
March 28 was Fantastic Focus Friday at Crockett Jr. High.
Crockett High School Concert Band Contest at Troup High School and will perform at around 1:20PM.

Crockett Varsity Baseball will be playing against Onalaska at Onalaska High School, April 1, 2025 at 6PM.
On Thursday, Crockett FFA had 7 teams compete in the largest CDE contest in the nation. The teams included Farm Business Management, Range and Pasture ID, Poultry, Nursery Landscape, Floriculture, Wool, Milk Quality and Veterinary Medicine. They represented Crockett well and are looking forward to area contest in 2 weeks!
