Crockett High School Athletics Meet the Bulldogs and Lady Bulldogs is August 22, 2025 at 6PM at The Dome.

Ms. Drake's Intro to Business students at Crockett High School fully embraced the Co-branding/Collaboration project last week. They selected a business or product and creatively merged it with Nike, resulting in some innovative ideas. Additionally, Mrs. McKnight's life skills class also participated in the fun!

Crockett JV/Varsity Football will be playing a scrimmage at Coldsprinig-Oakhurst on August 21, 2025.

Crockett Bulldogs Football practice marches on, even when the sky's throwing a light show! A huge shoutout to Heath Murff for letting our Bulldogs dodge the storm in the cozy confines of the Porth Ag Arena. Safety first, touchdowns second!

• Character/Effort Note: Sophomore outside hitter Jazmin Loyola has been a key spark for the Lady Bulldogs this week, showing consistency and confidence at the net. She led the team with an impressive hitting efficiency, converting over half of her swings into points and delivering clutch kills when it mattered most. Loyola’s aggressive serving also gave the team momentum, racking up aces and forcing opponents out of system. Her steady all-around play and competitive spirit made a big difference in our success this week.

• Growth or Leadership Moment: What sets Jazmin Loyola apart this week is her willingness to be coachable and apply feedback quickly. She has shown noticeable improvement in her shot selection, serve receive, and decision-making, reflecting the hard work she’s put in during practice. Her growth over just a few days demonstrates her commitment to getting better and helping the team succeed.

Crockett FFA will be having an Officer Meeting August 19, 2025 at 4:30PM.

The Lady Bulldogs showed grit and growth this past weekend at the Palestine Tournament, competing with energy and determination throughout the event. Offensively, Jazmin Loyola continued to shine with a team-high hitting efficiency and a strong serving run that included 12 aces. Aliyah Chance provided a reliable spark at the net, finishing with a 50% kill rate, while Courtney Pierre anchored the front line with 11 key blocks. From the back row, Jasmine Diaz displayed relentless effort in serve receive, taking on the bulk of passing duties. Though the team faced tough opponents, the tournament highlighted steady improvement, valuable experience for younger players, and the promise of even stronger performances ahead. The Lady Bulldogs return to practice with clear goals and momentum to build on.

Crockett Jr. High Volleyball will be competing against Onalaska at Onalaska Jr./Sr. High School on August 18, 2025 at 4:30PM.
