This week at Crockett Jr. High Careers Class, students met Officer Ballard and Officer Thomas from the Houston County Sheriff’s Department, learning about law enforcement careers, certification requirements, and becoming a police officer. They also met Crockett graduate Jason Frizzell, Chief of the fire department, who shared insights on becoming a firefighter, including qualifications and emergency response procedures. The students had an enriching experience on both days.
At our Professional Learning Day, Crockett Jr. High and High School staff learned new strategies to use with their students.
Crockett JV/Varsity Volleyball will be playing Hudson at Hudson High School, Friday, September 13, 2024 at 4:30 PM.
Crockett ISD students will have a Student Holiday on Friday, September 13, 2024.
Our Crockett Football will be playing New Waverly HS at Driskell Stadium, Friday, September 13, 2024 at 7:30 PM.

Attention Parents
For the safety and security of all bulldog fans, students PK-8th grade must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and remain seated in the stands.
Our High School Cosmetology class learned about skin layers and the function of the skin. They created models that showed the different layers of the skin.
Today, Ms. Rodriguez's class commemorated 9/11 during their Social Studies lesson.
The Crockett Cosmetology class explored the art of draping clients during their lab session today.
Our Crockett JV Football will be playing against New Waverly in New Waverly at 5Pm on Thursday, September 12, 2024.
Crockett Jr. High Football will be playing New Waverly, Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 5PM, in Driskell Stadium.
The 3rd grade classes at Crockett Elementary enjoyed the sunshine yesterday while they engaged in comparing numbers in Math!
Crockett Girls Cross Country will be competing at the West Trojan Run this Wednesday,, September 11, 2024 in West, TX.
